San Antonio, get ready for some major relief from the heat. A cold front is making its way to the Alamo City with a big drop in temperatures. According to the National Weather Service, a weak cold front may move into the area on Tuesday. Forecast models from the National Weather Service show temperatures in the 60s with some areas seeing temperatures dip into the 50s in parts of San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country. 

As for high temperatures, San Antonio can expect to cool off from those 90 degree temperatures as high temperatures are only expected to hit the 80s. No rain is expected either, according the National Weather Service. It may be a good time to visit your local pumpkin patch and take some fall photos. 

For Texans up north toward Dallas-Fort Worth, forecasters say Monday will bring them a cold front dipping temperatures into the 40s and lower 50s. Folks will notice high temperatures in the 70s and lower 80s. Until then it will be a hot weekend with temperatures soaring into the 90s on Saturday. The National Weather Service said it will challenge multiple records.
