According to police, one man died and another man was injured after a shooting on the Northeast Side Sunday morning.
The incident occurred at 8100 Cross Creek near the Banyan Tree Apartments around 1:18 p.m. on Sunday.
Officials say the two men were in an altercation in the parking lot of the apartment complex that ended with one man fatally shot and the other injured from a possible gunshot.
The man injured was taken to Brooke Army Medical Center in serious condition and the other man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Charges are pending and the investigation is still ongoing.
